Matcha Latte1serving
Ingredients:
- 3 tsp Matcha powder
- 2 tbsp(30ml) boiling water
- 1/2 cup(115ml) milk
Directions
- Dissolve Matcha powder in a cup with boiling water.
- Froth milk in a frother and add to the cup.
- Decorate with latte art or dust with Matcha if desired.
Matcha Smoothie1serving
Ingredients:
- 4 tsp Matcha powder
- Some ice cubes
- 2 tbsp(30) plain yogurt
- 1/2 banana / peach / nashi pear (optional)
- 1/2 cup(115ml) milk
- 1 small scoop of vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and dust with Matcha if desired.
Matcha Brownie20 cm×26 cm baking pan
Ingredients:
- 15g Matcha powder
- 2 eggs
- 2g baking powder
- 80g all-purpose flour
- 200g white chocolate chips
- 120g melted white chocolate
- 70g unsalted butter at room temperature
- 60g sugar
- 70g roasted unsalted walnuts
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 160℃. Prepare a 20 cm ×26 cm baking pan lined with baking sheet.
- Sift the flour and Matcha powder together.
- Dissolve the white chocolate by putting the bowl in hot water.
- Whisk the butter and sugar together until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time.
- Gently stir in the flour and Matcha powder mixture into the bowl.
- Add walnuts into the bowl and mix them lightly.
- Pour the dough into the baking pan, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Matcha Snow Ball Cookies15-20 balls
Ingredients:
- 5g Matcha powder
- 50g unsalted butter, softened
- 80g all-purpose flour
- 40g ground almonds
- 30g powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160℃
- Whisk the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Sift the flour and Matcha powder together.
- Add the flour, Matcha powder mixture and ground almonds into the butter bowl, and mix well.
- Roll balls about 3 cm in diameter and place onto cookie sheets, spacing about 3 cm apart.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until edges start to become, lightly brown.
- Let cookies cool before rolling them in the extra powdered sugar and Matcha mixture.
Matcha Yogurt1serving
Ingredients:
- 12g Matcha powder
- 1/2 cup(120g) plain yogurt
Directions
- Place a plain yogurt in a bowl.
- Dust with Matcha powder.
